20140226_114129The Ambridge is ready to host your next trade show, with several exhibit spaces and numerous meeting rooms for presentations and seminars.  From the time you call or visit to schedule your event, our friendly, responsive staff is at your service.  Our event planners will help you with your meeting planning details, from floor plans and set-ups to catering.  Our rooms are equipped with high-quality audio-visual equipment, high speed wireless internet access, technical support and convenient parking.

Our loading dock makes it easy to load in for your event.  We offer storage and carts for your clients if needed.  Our event operations staff will work to stay one step ahead of your requests.  From set-up to take-down, we will respond quickly as anything arises.

Our in-house catering offers everything from continental breakfast, to specialty lunch buffets and elegantly plated dinners.  Whether it’s beer and snacks or wine and hors d’oeuvres, we can provide a range of options to suit your budget and tastes.

The Ambridge Event Center is ideally located in the heart of Portland’s Lloyd District, steps away from the Moda Center, the Oregon Convention Center, hotels, eateries and shopping.  Take the MAX from the airport or downtown, or hop on the streetcar for tourist destinations like OMSI, the Pearl District or the Portland Art Museum.  If you are hosting out-of-town attendees or speakers,we can assist with information on nearby hotel accommodations in a variety of price ranges within a one to three block radius of our venue.
